Welcome to FocusFlow ("we," "our," or "us"). We believe that your personal attention and digital habits are strictly private. This Privacy Policy explains how FocusFlow handles your information when you use our iOS application.

1. Zero Personal Data Collection (100% On-Device Processing)

FocusFlow is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any of your personal data, app usage history, or browsing activity on external servers.

• No account registration, email, or phone number is required to use FocusFlow.
• All focus statistics, streak counts, and schedule preferences are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple’s secure on-device storage (UserDefaults and App Groups).

2. Apple Screen Time API (FamilyControls & ManagedSettings)

To provide app blocking and focus scheduling features, FocusFlow requests access to Apple’s native Screen Time API (FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity frameworks in .individual mode).

• When you select apps or categories to block, Apple provides FocusFlow with encrypted, opaque tokens (ApplicationToken).
• FocusFlow cannot see the actual names, icons, or content of the apps you select, nor can we track what you do inside other apps.
• All app shielding and scheduling actions happen 100% locally on your device through iOS system extensions.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

FocusFlow offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("FocusFlow Pro").

• All payment transactions are processed directly and securely by Apple Inc. via the App Store (StoreKit).
• We never have access to your credit card numbers, billing address, or Apple ID credentials. We only receive an encrypted receipt token from Apple on your device to verify your active Pro status.

4. Notifications

FocusFlow requests permission to send local notifications solely to guide you back to the app during unlock challenges and to notify you when your scheduled focus sessions start or end. These notifications are generated entirely on your device.

5. Children's Privacy

FocusFlow is intended for general audiences looking to improve their own focus habits and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
